Walang pinagkaiba sa terorismo ang matinding militarisasyong naghasik ng takot sa mga mamamayan sa Maguindanao nang mag-deploy ang gobyernong Arroyo ng 4,000 sundalo dito. Ito ay matapos pirmahan ang Proclamation 1959 na nagpapasailalim sa lalawigan ng Maguindanao sa batas militar kahit labag ito sa saligang batas. Diumano’y taktika  upang bigyang katarungan ang karumaldumal na planong pagtatakip sa pagpatay at pamamaslang ng may 57 katao na kinabibilang...
